Neos Chronos terminates its advisory contract with Akazoo
Following the publication of the initial results of the special committee of independent directors formed by Akazoo's Board, we have reason to believe that Akazoo’s former CEO has knowingly misled the public, its shareholders and our company.
This behaviour is against our code of ethics, and a severe break of trust.
We have therefore terminated our contract for the provision of advisory services to Akazoo.
