LeanStack's Lean Canvas is a strategic management and Lean Startup template, that is used to describe how a company createds, delivers, captures and defends value. Like the Business Model Canvas, the template is a visual, one-page chart with elements describing a firm's or product's value proposition, infrastructure, customers, and finances.
